did run 1 of week 8 today and noticed my right calf was a bit tight when walking my dog slightly later on so think i might have 2 rest days between runs as i'm away in cornwall next week and don't want to be limping around, but i'm a bit bored with the NHS stretch and flex can anyone recommend anything i can do at home inbetween runs what does everyone else do ?

Yoga, Pilates.. walking... swimming.. cycling... climbing... day in the garden.. cross training.and some of the links on Strength and Flex for everything under the sun are incredible!!!.
