Omg who would of thought I would of got past week 1..now I've completed it week 9...and 1 stone lighter ..I'm.super proud of myself..thank you to everyone on here who showed me support..I will still run as much as I can but my line of work I'm going to be busy with the horrible virus..

Congratulations; you definitely should feel proud. Try and keep running as often as you can whilst being heroic at work- it will absolutely help you, if you can :)
