Completed Week 9 Run 3

I have been on and off the IC a number of times over a number of years - dodgy Achilles tendons are to blame. Not sure how long ago I completed the C25K programme for the first time, nor how many times I have actually completed it (fewer than the attempts made to do so!) - but what is great is that it has been there to go back to when I've been ready to do so. Time out on the IC is very frustrating, so currently feeling a big sense of achievement. Good luck to all who are on their own journey with the programme - whether your journey is smooth or full of interruptions, or being repeated for the umpteenth time. A big well done for just getting out there!Just one query - can I graduate yet again?

🍏👏🤩🌟🥳Awesome feeling to achieve this after all the setbacks! Once we are graduates, we are graduates even if we forced on to the ic couch and start again. Many of us including myself have started from scratch more than once.

However you can now start using the Bridge Forum with different challenges. Here is a link

Too true. Not being able to run makes you appreciate even a short jog.
