Anyone know if we can jog on our own with the park runs cancelled??

They say we can run or walk for exercise but not to collect in groups to do so

Of course you can jog on your own, but I guess it would not be great if people turned up together at the usual park run time and venue. Maybe find a new place to run on your own on Saturday morning

Yep... even the PM has said we should go out for exercise as long as we are at a safe distance from others, they’re saying about 6 feet.

Thanks everyone! Sometimes I'm ok with what's going on and some days I'm not. Really worry about my family in Canada.

There’s so much coverage of this virus it’s almost impossible to stay up to date on it... I’m just going with the PM daily conference and one news bulletin later on now... too many opinions otherwise.
