Run 1 completed. I think the transition from wk 4 to wk 5 worked very well for me. I think I felt the most confident today then at any other session before. I’m sure there will be big challenges ahead but today was quite doable. Hard work but rewarding. 🙂 As ever must stress that my “old man runs”, as my son calls them, are very, very slow, but even he admits they are technically “runs”.

That’s great news willsie01, as for your ‘old man runs’ it sounds like the voice of a young man dead proud of his ‘old man’. My son has just agreed to run a park run with ‘this old woman’ (well hopefully one day when they reopen ☹️) and that makes me as pleased as punch 😊
