Completed my 2nd run today. I use to be so fit and healthy, absolutely loves sport and running. But a bad knee and torn calf has seen me lose it all but gain a lot of pounds π. Decided it was time to start trying to get moving and see if I can build up strength in the calf and knee again!
Wish me luck!

Sorry about your injury to the knee and torn calf but well done on starting C25K with runs 1 and 2 of week 1, just take all the runs slowly, you should be OK, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1.
Good for you on starting your running journey! Remember to take it slowly and concentrate on finishing the session, don't worry about speed for now! Let your muscles get used to it again
