W3R3 done. Slowed down further.

I finished W3R3 a day late. That's week 3 done!

I have slowed down my pace for running from 7 km/h to 6.5 km/h.

As a result, the heart rate has dropped down. I think slow and steady would be me from now on.

Looking forward to starting week 4 on Monday!

Cheers,

Ash.

That is great, the slower pace will ensure you can get through slightly longer runs without suffering. At this stage, it is all about building your stamina but also confidence and finding a pace that allows you to keep going. Excited to hear all about the next stage! 😀

I am definitely here to finish and not to race.

Just finished setting up mywellness.com running programme for next week.

I will take it one run at a time :-)
