I graduated on Saturday, which was an amazing feeling considering that there was a 1 minute run on W1r1 I couldn’t complete and the dread I had over W5R3 was massive but I got through it all thanks to this forum, today I started consolidating runs but still listening to my app so when Mr. Johnson told me my 30 mins was up I saw I had done 2.9 miles so figured I had 3 mins to get the .2 miles in to complete my first 5k. I did it yippee and it’s all down to you folks, I didn’t always post but I read everyday and you’re all an inspiration, THANKS ( just wish I could change my username)😂

CONGRATULATIONS - well done on graduating and completing your first 5K, that's amazing. I'm doing my first post graduation run tomorrow and am determined to hit that magic number this time.

You need to get your graduate badge too - if you go to the pinned posts, there is one from IannodaTruffe called March Graduates. If you post on that to say you're finished, the lovely forum people will work their magic and add your badge to your name.

Well done again and happy running :-)

Congratulations 🏆👍😁🍾🥂🎉

Yes, I was going to say your user name is now redundant. I think I read somewhere that you can change it, but only once, but it’s a distant memory 🤔. Maybe an Admin can advise.......and if so think of a good one 😁
