Hi all, I am new on here, reached week 5 run 2 completing all the runs and no repeating, very chuffed with myself
I took a few extra days break because of being away for work before run 3 which I tried today, felt very low energy and only managed to run just over 10 mins, walked 3 mins then ran the last 7 mins.
Should I re-do the whole week or just keep trying run 3 until I complete the full time?
Also did others get stuck at this stage, if so how long did it take you to complete it?
