Massive hugs Mandy167! 🤗 So sorry you hear that you’ve not been well. Sounds like your body is, at the very least, saying be gentle. It’s not easy letting go when you really want to run but the wiser part of you is saying give it a rest. As much as I know running is so good for you, sometimes life just presents other priorities.

I have had controlled high BP for a number of years. It’s so important to get that under control. Look...there’s nothing that should continue to do that risks your overall health. Take your Dr’s advice and if they recommend it, rest. Give your body time to recover fully. Running and the runner will still be here. Delays are not denials!! Take good care of yourself! ❤️

i think your body is saying that further investigation of your physical issues is required by those (medics) who can give realistic answers.

People overcome all sorts of disabilities and conditions to complete this programme and that is a matter of mental issues.

Get your body sorted and try again..........the benefits are vast, profound and long lasting.

The holiday sounds good, perhaps do some brisk walking and get your body ready by doing some strength and flex so that when you start again you don’t get injuries. Be nice to yourself x
