Well that’s Wk9r3 done I feel great. I’ve loved it so far and I’ve signed up for the race for life in July. I’m not quite managing 5K in 30 mins but I’ll get there. Today’s run was surprisingly social as I seemed to pass someone I know every 5 mins and just as Laura said that’s it your done my hubby drove past (he hasn’t seen me run before) so that was a nice surprise.
For anyone who is just starting out or thinking about starting C25k I can’t recommend it enough and this forum is a great place for advice and encouragement xx

Well done I'm in w6 r1 today I'm also doing race for life in July using c25k as a sort of training and the thought of race for life to make me go out and do the runs even in the rain which I never thought I would do to be honest so surprised myself there. Keep it up and good luck with your race for life
