30 mins running. Feeling emotional!

I’ve just done W9R1, the first time I’ve ever run 30 mins non stop in my life. When I started C25K I honestly couldn’t imagine ever completing it, having always told myself I can’t run because I wasn’t sporty at school. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed that I’ve done it and very proud of myself. Just two more to go and I’ll have completed the course and I’ll actually be able to say I run, I am a runner. For anyone starting this and thinking they can’t do it, just keep going, one run at a time. You’ll be amazed by what you can do. I’m buying myself a Fitbit as a reward when I complete the final run. Cos that’s what runners do, right?!
