I just ran 20 minutes without stopping say whaaaat? Amazed at this programme I never thought I’d be able to run that long!! I was putting it off all day but then just thought go and get it over and done with! Surprised how good it felt, the whole programme really does build your fitness up so well. Very pleased!!

Congratulations to you hel92 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran

It is honestly fine! I was absolutely dreading it thinking of every excuse not to go 😂 can’t believe I managed it and the programme builds you up so well I only really started to feel shattered in about the last 2 minutes. Good luck and let us know how you get on
