Omg... that was tough. I jog not run.... but I did it!!
I’m red sweaty and hot.... but I ran for 25 mins !!! Rest day ....to look forward to!!

Well done!! I just did w7r3 this morning. Like you I found runs 1 and 2 hard this week. My legs were tired as anything after them but feel not so bad today.
