Morning! I’ve seen a couple of posts about what people eat before jogging. I’ve been going to the gym as soon as I get up and don’t have breakfast until I get back (I’m about to start week 6). Am I making it harder for myself?

Running Before Breakfast
Not of it's working for you. I've spent years going swimming at 7am two or three times a week before breakfast and it's never worried me.
When I started running, I was convinced I'd collapse into a jelly if I ran before breakfast, then I tried it and found it's the best of day for me.
I think if you decide to eat, the main thing is to eat something easily digestible and will release energy gradually.
I rarely eat before a run, if it's working for you that's great as long as you're staying hydrated and eating afterwards 👍
If it works don't fix it.
I usually run in the morning so don't eat,
I just have a glass of water and go 😁
I walk my dogs in the morning before I eat. I have seen something that said it helps to use more calories when you exercise on an empty stomach, but that was probably from the Internet and, let's face it, there is no space for truth on the Internet!!
