That's amazing, well done! I'm only in week 1. I'm trying not to worry about being able to get that far, I'll trust in the plan (but I still can't help worrying a little ๐)
The plan definitely works! Iโm a little surprised at myself because after week 1 I was feeling a bit dubious. I repeated two runs in week 5, just to feel a bit more comfortable going forward, but other than than just slow and steady followed the plan.
No longer so puffed, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER as Laura told you at the end of that magnificent run, onwards and upwards to week 7.
