The last run of week 6 this afternoon. 25 minutes non-stop. I'd been psyching myself up all day.
The first 5 minutes was up a gentle slope, the next 7.5 was a gentle slope down, then 8 minutes up a slope and to finish off, 7.5 down a gentle slope.
Do your maths and you'll find that adds up to 28 minutes. Yes 28 MINUTES, non-stop!!!
I only covered 2 miles in that time (I'm sure I can walk that fast!) but I'm really amazed that middle-aged, overweight, asthmatic me ran for 28 minutes non-stop.
