As everyone else has said take it slow! Do the runs in order and make sure to stretch afterwards. I did not stretch properly after the first run and was in pain the next day. Since then I spend 5 minutes doing a handful of stretches and have had no problems. The most important think is to enjoy how proud you feel after each run 😊 good luck!
