I did WK7 R2 today and it's going really well so far and I am actually enjoying my progression from non runner to runner.
I normally run Tue/Thu/Sun as I do another activity on other days. On Saturday I will be 64 so this attempt at fitness is a big thing for me I need and want to do it.
I am going away to Liverpool for the weekend obviously to enjoy and relax.
My dilemma is how can I fit run 3 in this week and I do not want to change pattern for next week.
I coukd try to run on Sunday up North if it is convenient?
Or I could try to run early before my train on Saturday. Third option is run tomorrow but that would mean no rest day. Is that not advisable?
If I do not do any of the above it will be Tuesday but is a 4 day gap too much?
Help me decide. .. Ta

Hi Iros24. Have your rest days as normal don’t skip a rest day. A 4 day gap is not a huge deal and you won’t lose any fitness so if running on your normal scheduled days isn’t doable for you I would just take the 4 days rest and pick up we’re you left off after the 4 days.
Thanks that makes sense I just wasn't sure about a 4 day gap. I'll just chill enjoy my birthday weekend and comeback with renewed determination next week.
