You and I are at the same point in our journey. I am doing week 1 run 3 tomorrow. I found I was more relaxed in my second run so my breathing was better. Wishing you luck for the rest of your runs.
Nice. After 5 weeks, I find that first 60 seconds was the toughest hurdle.
Well done! I’m at the same stage as you, feeling good that I’ve started but surprised how achey I am!
