Finished week 4 and thanks to all your good tips my knees feeling okay. Did slow down and took shorter strides and that has really helped. Surprised how the 5 minute runs went and pretty pleased with myself and non aching knees.

Will be running on strange ground next week as on hols in Shropshire - really don't want to stop now and looking forward to week 5 and That 20 minute run (I think!)

Good to hear. 👍

Love Shropshire. 💚 Bit hilly though.
