After ankle op and up and downs today I’ve managed to run with out stopping out side no more treadmill is this a very slow pace what speed should I be running at to reach 5 k thanks

You don't have to reach 5k in 30 minutes to graduate........just run for 30 mins three times in a week.

If you look at this poll of graduates you will see that only a small proportion do that during the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

The best pace for C25k is one at which you can speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run, to make sure that you can supply the oxygen required by your muscles.
