Hi Everyone, just wanted to post an update on my progress; I’ve completed W3R3 today and was able to complete it much more easily than the start of the week. Seems this stamina thing does actually work! I never would’ve thought I would be able to do this 3 weeks ago when I started, after puffing and panting my way through my 1st and 2nd run in W1 but here I am! I know it’s only early days but feeling positive and have my target in mind! Hope everyone else is well and injury-free on this amazing journey 😀

hi Littlegem2107, well done for keeping up with the programme. Like you say its an amazing journey we are all on , starting with a struggle to run 60seconds then building up to running 30 minutes.. At first you think you will never do it but week by week you run a bit more, your recovery time gets better till hey you graduate😊 keep it up we can do this👍🏃♀️🐢
