Week 7 of couch to 5k goodness my legs hurt, and I am still struggling to actually run. Just plodding along
First of the week: Week 7 of couch to 5k... - Couch to 5K
First of the week

If you've made it to W7 you're doing great! If you're in actual pain consider giving yourself an extra rest day, you don't want to create an injury. Plodding is great, so long as you're moving, you're winning!👍🏻😁
Well done 💪🏼

Hey, I’m a plodder too! Plodding is better than sitting on yer bum on the couch watching mindless tv. I say ‘plodders are cool’.
Plod on because this is not a race. You are doing great, really great.
The final weeks of c25k are more demanding on your body. Allow yourself an extra day of rest if you want. Also if you’ve not invested in proper running shoes yet you will likely start to get aches and pains since the runs you are now completing are harder on your feet and legs.

Great job... yeah, it’s tough, and your weekly running load is rising even when the individual runs stay the same... aches are still very normal at this stage. If it’s more than an ache, have an extra day off as JoJo days, you’ve earned it!

Well done! Keep going...
