Unfortunately had to abandon c25k weeks ago, on week 3, due to knee and leg pain. Nurse practitioner said I had overdone things. So, ready to try again, this time via app and not a running club. Went for 1st run today, couldn't do all the running but I'm taking it much slower this time and building up. Fingers crossed π€π€ππββοΈ

Congratulations on starting C25K, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, start with 30 seconds rather than a 60 seconds run and gradually build your run to a minute, slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K, good luck.
