Hey all, so it's almost 9.30am on a Tuesday morning and I'm gonna restart my running from NOW last time I did this I was doing it in the gym from now on I'm going to run in the park in the great outdoors wish me luck 😁

So I done it much prefer outdoors than in treadmill must admit so refreshing 😊just walking back home now
