Well 100% felt more of an effect doing the run today! Was exhausted during and after both runs, but managed to finish both 8 minute runs! Still surprising myself every week after saying at the beginning of the week "there is no way i can do that" and somehow i manage it😂

Good for you and well done on pushing through a hard run. It will definitely help to build your strength and stamina for your first long run. Enjoy w5r3. It's a great achievement and a real milestone to complete this run. 😊
