I'm hooked. I really must be. It's just gone 3am, and I was off out for this run before a 12 hour morning shift. I feel great.
The temperature was below zero, and felt like -10 on my finger tips. I hate gloves, so my hands were pulled up inside my sleeves.
Its quite eerie at this time of the morning, especially when running through the countryside. The odd cough from a cow or snort from a sheep certainly make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck!
Music - this mornings song to start the day was the Hey Joe by Deep Purple.
Its time for a cuppa, and then work. Have a good day 👍

Blimey! Well done you, out at 4AM? that's even more nocturnal than I manage!" It's a great way to start the day though isn't it? I only just venture slightly outside my village before I turn around at the half way bell but do find it interesting/slightly unnerving sometimes working out what the shadowy shapes are up ahead of me, but that's an added distraction which always helps. I hope your 12 hour shift flies by and that you still have stat smug warm glow from your morning run at the end of it.
