Week 9 run 3 GRADUATE ππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈππ€£ππ€£ππ€£π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπ I would like to thank everyone on this forum that have given advice and support to me on my journey to c25k itβs been fantastic experience, 7 months I could just about to manage to walk 1k and i am suffering from anxiety and depression this is the reason I started running πββοΈ at 54 years young enough said .

Donβt know think I just run πββοΈ two or three times a week and try and do park runs going to be strange running without Laura taking in my ear π lol what do you plan
