Congratulations! Starting is the hardest part and by week 2 you’ve got into a really good habit / pattern! Well done!!

It’s a good feeling isn’t it to get into feeling great, I’ve just started week 5 (post coming up) and am just loving the feeling of being ‘in my body’, I spend most of my time living in my head 🤣
