Well just got back from a misty dark w8 r3 run and what can I say...... never thought I would be here 8 weeks ago. I’m so proud of myself for getting where I have and in all honesty I am enjoying most of my runs now. I’m about to go into w9 1st 5lb lighter and a lower resting pulse than when I started.

If I can do it anyone can and all I can say is listen to the podcasts they really do work 💙

Slow and steady is the key and mind over matter, but I’m nearly there 🤗
