Well I ran for 30 minutes yes 30 minutes never did I think I could do that but couch to 5k has done it for was hard cause of the wind but fell great... Just 2 more runs wow

I would love to do a park run, but they are always Saturday mornings, and I watch my son play football.... Also, Yeah, Rat fans!!!
