I know it’s slow but I’m so happy I made it this far! Still cannot believe I just ran for 30 minutes without stopping 🤪

Well done that’s about the same pace I go at I thought it was slow then I realised that it’s not a race

Indeed Garden. No race here - I can’t compete as a 5’3 mid-50’s woman, and I just smile when young and old gazelles pass me!

Hey, we’re quicker than people on the couch anyway! 🐌😅🏃‍♀️

Even seasoned runners are only racing one person, themselves... very few ever get to the position where they’re competing for something. Even at the Olympics most runners are aiming for a PB. So speed doesn’t matter one little bit right now. You may go on to compete with yourself, or you may forever be happy that you can run and enjoy running.

You’ve done a wonderful job so far, enjoy closing out the programme.

Well done...it’s such an amazing feeling of achievement 😁 but just remember; slow is good! I got all caught up in trying to hit the 5k in 30 mins, it actually did more damage than good, So now I’m out for 30 mins twice a week, and just hitting the 4k, the other day I’m running the full 5k which takes me about 38 mins. Pace definitely comes with perseverance! 😁👍🏻😁
