Can’t believe it, after stressing all day about this one (I found an excuse not to do my normal morning run!) I got out this evening and did it!! 30 minutes without stopping! Still can’t quite believe I did it but I did!!!
Pace needs a bit of work and quite a few hills (Fitbit says I’ve climbed the equivalent of 22 flights of stairs😳). #chuffed

Great run. Hills play havoc with pace on the screen... there’s a thing to be said for keeping effort consistent instead, which seems to be the way pacers at parkrun work. Apparently the next generation of gadgets will have us working in watts rather than minutes/km or mile.
Well done that’s fab also like you on that run as in procrastinating and not quite believing it’s like my brain is hardwired and yet my body is doing it it’s s great feeling see you finished at the end of the week
Great run, well done! Nearly there now. Like others have said, don't worry too much about the pace - if there were hills it will make nonsense of the timings, although I bet I can make a guess where they were from looking at your lap times 😁
