Well, the one I was dreading turned out to be the one I loved running! I had Gait Analysis in the week so it must be down to my new ‘magic’ running shoes! 😜

I think it's more to do with your magic running legs 😂 maybe the new trainers gave you the belief, but you would have done it anyway. Very well done, good luck with week 6 ☺ 🏃 🎊

That’s great to get this run under your belt, this was my favourite run too and really strengthened my faith in the programme....and confidence in myself to keep going through the programme.

I nearly got through it this morning. I ran 13 minutes, walked for 1 minute, and then ran the next 7. Gonna try for the full thing on Sunday
