I have this run today and I’m worried I won’t be able to breathe properly through the run! How do you regulate your breathing?

Try to run steadily enough so that you could still speak or converse, don’t go too fast.

The only way to help your breathing is to run slow and slower again if needed. You can do it. Good luck 😊

Forget about it... just breathe... run and take it steadily and slowly and if you are struggling for breath... just slow down.:)

Go you!

You will also find that as you run more you will relax into your own breathing pattern.

There is advice in the guide to the plan on breathing, but basically do what comes naturally and make sure that you are running slow enough to be able to speak clear, ungasping sentences as you go.
