It wasnβt easy and I did have to reduce my pace a few times but thatβs fine as I didnβt stop running ππΌππ±

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
I was in exactly the same position as you too and I read your worries, which suddenly made me worry, but I also read all the replies you got and those also helped me run my W5R3 yesterday too. The rest will be a doddle! Congrats!
Yes, well done to you both, very well done. This will be my next run too but I'm having to delay it because I'm still full of a cold. Reading success stories like yours are a great boost to my confidence.
Brilliant Mrs2hats!! I am so chuffed for you! You gave it a go when it felt overwhelming and that is a fantastic achievement! Iβm starting Week 6 today, feeling apprehensive but Iβm gonna follow your example, hitch up my big girl pants and go for it xxx
