Was nervous about week 1... done it! Apprehensive about week 2... done it! Motivated about week 3... done it! Enthused about week 4...done it! Pumped for week 5...started it... R1 done! 3 x 5 minute runs and loved it. Not fast, no race medals (yet) but in my mind, my aging, worrying, over-thinking mind, I'm Rocky Balboa running up the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art (you need to see the film to know what I'm on about, the first one), which reminds me, playlist update; gone is KC and the Sunshine band's 'Give it up', in is the theme to Rocky (Gonna fly now) plus a few 80's and 90's club classics to get my feet moving; I can't dance (my daughter says), but I can run a bit now :).

Got that Rocky theme on my playlist too plus Queens “don’t stop me now” and Bon Jovi “Living on a prayer” (for the toxic 10) and for the hills “the only way is up” by Yazz(cheesy but does the trick). Great to hear you are enjoying it so much, keep going 👍 it gets better!

Great song for the playlist. I am always changing them round. Prefer random play so I cannot predict where I am by a song...but had one song repeat 3 times the other day.

Loving your enthusiasm. When it's going well I too feel like a champion . Only when I run with others do I realise how slow I am . But do not care any more cos I'm faster and fitter than I was a few months ago. We have found a healthy addiction.
