Make or break

This run tonight was the hardest one I've ever had. I haven't been feeling great all day. Wrapped up well and went with a mate. We just kept each other going. Few places there was silence and we just knew to say nothing lol. My point though is that all runs you will not enjoy, you will get runs like this and that's OK. The main thing is you went out and done it. You didn't chicken out or make excuses. #keeprunning

That's a pity Johnny, I usually say that was a good run for you today, but not today, as they say, "you have to take the bad with the good", hopefully your next run will be better, which is run No. 19

Thanks. Yes a long hot bath to sweat this out, bed early and ill hopefully be ready for tomorrow. Timing wise and pace was still up there on average with the other runs. It was just tougher. You get them. You do and move on. They say you learn more from them.

Some runs are good, some not so much. Just chalk it up and move on. You did it! Hope you feel better tomorrow. 🤞

Tough runs really suck... but they’re just there to test our resolve... and you kicked its butt with a little help from your mate. Nice job. You’re on a mission and now getting into the business end of it... it’ll get easier again as you close in on that finish line.
