Massive well done. Empathise with the wine block. πŸ€”

No no no. To be fair I found dry Jan helped to get started. But enough’s enough. πŸ˜‚

Alcohol can make you dehydrated, so drink extra water.

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 7, by all means enjoy your wine but not until after you have ran whatever run, might be advisable not to drink too much wine the day before you run, you should drink plenty of water, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 7, not long now until you graduate.

Well done you for completing another run, and for completing a few glasses of the old grape juice! The last bit's controversial I know, but life is for enjoying when all said & done. I must say that I'm surprised/impressed to note that I'm now drinking less on days before my running days, and making a concerted effort to hydrate more with water after I've had a glass or two, so yet another C25K theory is obviously slowly (and then slow some more) sinking in!

Same here not drinking as much and only at the weekend it just depends when my run day is 😊

I admit that I do enjoy the odd (and even) glass of wine. It may not be politically correct, but I'll admit it that one of my motivations for improving my health by doing C25K is so that I can continue to enjoy my vice because the negative effects are slightly counteracted by the health improvement! As you can see from my previous comment, doing C25K is also already helping me to cut down my consumption (and certainly be far more conscious about it).

πŸ˜‰ couldn’t agree more, everything in moderation ! I started C25K as I was doing dry January and wanted to get fitter it’s worked brilliantly so far
