It’s been raining non stop here in South Wales thanks to storm Dennis. I knew this next run was a continuous 20mins so it was easy to put off because of the weather. This morning I just decided I’d have to get wet feet and gave myself permission to fail and walk some of it if I needed to. I didn’t need to walk and it felt great!
