Not 20seconds, not 2 minutes, but a whole 20, non stop, one foot in front of the other 20 minutes!
It’s taken me 20 years to pluck up the courage to actually start this journey, I convinced myself I might need to do week 1 twice or three times but I haven’t, I’ve followed the plan every week and I’ve ran 20 minutes!
Can I say 20 again!?

Congratulations for running not 20 seconds, but 20 full minutes non stop, what an achievement, well done, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run on C25K, one of those runs that you feel so pleased with yourself once you have ran it, only second to your graduation run which is run 3 of week 9, onwards and upwards to runs 1 and 2 of week 6, but be careful with those two runs as it's back to interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minute run of week 5, run 3 of week 6 is back to non stop running but for 25 minutes.
I really paced myself, slightly slower than my other runs, and I felt like I could have carried on a bit more so overall good! But disappointed with the distance, I only covered 3km in the 20minute run, but that is something I hope will improve in time.
But if you had run for 30 mins at the same speed then that would have been 4.5k, that is not something to be upset about when you haven't got to the end of the programme yet! In fact I think you should be incredibly proud!
Well done!!! Me too! I ran for 20 minutes earlier tonight too! I would never have thought it would be possible. And never so soon. Felt amazing when it was done! I’ve been shaking my head in disbelief since!
