5:30am, wind blowing, rain blasting into my face.
But I loved it, I felt more comfortable today than I have for the last couple of weeks, little bit quicker, little bit further.
Strava said I have a PB for 400m so I might have a cake to celebrate that 😂
Today I can feel the difference in myself and the difference this program is making to my body.

I found w3 so hard, but today it clicked, I imagine Wednesdays run will be hard again 😩
I found W3 ok, it seemed over in no time, but now I’ve nearly doubled the amount of running it was harder for me. Good luck for Wednesday!!
