W4R2 - Improving stamina and getting faster

I’m still surprised that I’ve made it so far. All my previous attempts at getting active never went beyond week2. Feeling so good about it.

The best part is that you have got a personal trainer that is guiding you all along.

My stamina is improving and so is the speed although a very little bit but I can feel it and Strava data is also telling me so.

So far so good, legs are cooperating 😀

I’m hoping to run 30 mins in few weeks, fingers crossed.
