This morning as I headed downstairs I felt a sharp pain in my left buttock. It's nagged on an off all day but I thought I would run and see how it was.
Thankfully not to much of an issue, a bit worse going down a steep slope. Did a stretch routine when I got home then the foam roller so hopefully that will help π€
My route involved a run through town to the sorting office as I had forgotten to drive there on my way home from work. This meant running in front of lots of people π±π±π± I know we say runners are invisible to the public but I kinda found the public became invisible to me
No toxic 10 today Yay ππ but the last 5 min run required a bit of gremlin bashing ππ¨. I had to remind myself to go slower which helped a little. Laura also got sworn at π poor girl. Roll on R3 on Saturday and a country trail π€
Happy running folks xxx

You won't...but don't push through pain... I was off for seven weeks with a trapped sciatic nerve, which impacted on the piriformis muscle..( non running related) but the comeback was fairly swift.
deffinately Sciatica I reckon....had this several times and it is dam annoying like a nagging pain that does not shift. Be careful if you have slightly trapped your sciatic nerve you will find the pain going down your leg and eventually like me end up with pins and needles in your foot. I had to lay up for a few weeks with this but anti inflammatories may help
