Restart after long time out

Hi guys. I completed the couch to 5k a long time ago and got the graduation badge. I continued to run after and even managed 10k at my fittest. However, in March I lost my dad and I went off the rails (food, running and everything really). I’ve recently been told I’m prediabetic. I’ve been given time to improve things with Diet and exercise. So I’m going to go back to running 😁

I am heavier now than when I did this last time but I am determined to get my weight down, my blood sugar down and to earn that graduation badge again!

So I’m restarting from the beginning

week 1 - run 1 - tomorrow - I can do this!

Well done for getting back on the road that's great. You will be back to 10k again no problem just take it slow and steady to start and it will all come back. Best of Luck and keep on running.

Welcome back... you know you can do the runs, so just enjoy them and getting back into running. By spring you’ll be on the road back to 10k.

You can do this!!!! I’ve done it twice after I had to stop for an injury. You know how good this plan is and how good running will make you feel. It may be tough to start again but go with it and remember we’re virtually jogging along with you. Good luck!!👍🏎
