Yeah I’m on week 4 is it normal to have pains in my legs like growing pains?

It is not at all unusual, but you can reduce it by following the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact, stretching after every run and leg strengthening exercises.

You've had the Iannoda advice which is so useful to refer to (I still re-read it now and then), but to add, it seems that most of us had a few aches and pains for a while. Your body is getting used to doing something completely new. I had a few aches around the middle of the plan so upped my warm up routines and did more strengthening exercises and it helped a lot.

You are doing great well done. Unless the pain feels like an injury I would just follow the advice on Iannoda's post.
