Just thought I'd update you all and to log for myself. I'm still going and still loving it. Not the first 8-10 minutes though it hurts but not enough to give up I know in my mind now it gets more easier/enjoyable. I've decided once the plan is over I will carry on 3 times a week and achieve the 30min 5k once I've achieved that I'm looking to start 10k is there an app like c25k that can be followed? I love the running community on here, such a morale booster. Thank you all so.much for helping me get this far...believe to achieve 🏃♀️😁

I’m on the same run today. I didn’t enjoy the first bit either. I’m so slow still. 5k would take me 42 mins at this speed.
