Good luck to you for run 3 of week 6, once you have completed it you will be officially a runner and very proud of yourself
You can do it!! I struggled today but once I got over 12 mins I found it easier. The blizzard wasn’t the best in the last 8 mins but it cooled me down! 😂 good luck!!
