OK, I kept looking out the window this weekend and the stormy apocalypse going on outside, and decided not to get up early to run this morning. I don't even feel guilty. I am impressed with everyone else who went out and ran... but there was no way I could face running into that wind today... and you just know that somehow, defying physics, 90% of the run would be into the damn wind..
Will go tonight, definitely. (Probably)

Stay safe! I went for my run today and just kept checking the local weather to judge what time would be best. I didn’t find it too windy luckily.
Went for a 5k walk at lunchtime... the heavens opened with rain & sleet and the winds blew.... -.- still going to run tonight.....
Think I might be slipping into my dotage.... this was W7R3... I missed writing about R2 entirely...
